Delivery charges
We arrange delivery of Dog Steps, crates and accessories to UK addresses. Your delivery charge depends on the products ordered and the destination.
For online orders, the applicable charge is shown at checkout. For a tailored system, we set out the delivery charge in your itemised quote before you confirm your order.
For Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, islands or an address requiring a separate shipping quotation, please contact us to confirm the delivery arrangements before ordering.
Lead times and dispatch
Lead times depend on the products selected, your configuration and manufacturing availability. The current estimate is provided in our UK online shop or with your quote.
Made-to-order equipment requires manufacturing time before dispatch. Please allow for delivery transit time as well as the production lead time.
If you need your equipment for a particular date, let us know before placing your order so we can check what is possible.
Preparing for delivery
Please provide your full delivery address, postcode and a contact telephone number when ordering. Let us know about any access restrictions that could affect delivery, particularly for larger crate or complete-system orders.
If your delivery details change, contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm whether the address can be updated before dispatch.
When your order arrives
Check your equipment and packaging on arrival. If anything appears damaged or an item is missing, please contact us with your order reference and photographs of the packaging and affected parts.
Keep the packaging while we review the issue. Our team will help you check the contents against your order and advise on the next steps.
Fitting your equipment
Our equipment is designed for self-installation using the supplied fitting instructions and the appropriate mounting components for your vehicle.
